How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please email us at:

Please include the email address associated with your AtlasConversion account in your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete:

• Your user account and login credentials
• All leads associated with your account
• Conversation history and messages
• Notes and appointment records
• Facebook/Instagram connection data (Page access tokens, etc.)

What Happens After Deletion

• Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
• Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
• Any active Facebook/Instagram connections will be revoked.
• You will no longer be able to access the service with the deleted account.

Data We May Retain

In some cases, we may retain limited information for the following reasons:

• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Fraud prevention and security
• Resolving disputes

This retained data will be kept only as long as necessary for these purposes.

Disconnecting Your Facebook/Instagram Page

You can disconnect your Facebook or Instagram Page at any time from your dashboard. Doing so will stop all future data collection from that Page.
